Our experience in governance advisory, legal compliance, and board support is proven across listed companies, regulated entities, and major institutions across different sectors.
We have previously undertaken a Governance Audit for a publicly listed insurance company at the Nairobi Securities Exchange, including its subsidiaries and fund management business. We review internal governance policies and assess compliance with applicable corporate governance requirements.
We also carried out a Legal Compliance Audit for a listed investments group, reviewing governance policies, internal processes, and legislation affecting the group and its subsidiaries in the insurance and asset management sectors. The assessment involved preparing an interim report with findings and recommendations and presenting it to the Board Governance and Human Resource Committee.
Our team has further advised a regulatory body through a regulatory and compliance assessment, reviewed compliance requirements for an investments company and its subsidiaries, undertaken a legal, compliance and governance audit for a listed agricultural company, and conducted a legal and compliance audit for a leading hospitality institution.
